الطريقة 1 — من داخل التطبيق (فوري)
- افتح تطبيق YAS MART.
- ادخل إلى الملف الشخصي.
- اختر حذف الحساب ثم أكّد.
يُحذف حسابك وملفك الشخصي فورًا.
الطريقة 2 — بالطلب (بدون التطبيق)

support@yasapp.ae
من بريد الحساب نفسه بعنوان «حذف حسابي». نتحقّق من الملكية ونحذف الحساب خلال
30 يومًا.
ما يُحذف
- ملفك الشخصي: الاسم، البريد، الهاتف، كلمة المرور، والعناوين المحفوظة.
- المفضّلة والسلة والتفضيلات المحفوظة.
ما قد يُحتفظ به
قد تُحفَظ بعض سجلات الطلبات/المعاملات للمدة التي يفرضها القانون الإماراتي (كالضرائب
والمحاسبة) ثم تُحذف، ولا تُستخدَم للتعرّف عليك أو التواصل معك.

Delete your YAS MART account
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
Option 1 — In the app (instant)
- Open the YAS MART app.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2 — By request
If you can't access the app, email
support@yasapp.ae
from your account's email with subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and delete within
30 days.
What is deleted
- Profile: name, email, phone, password, saved addresses.
- Wishlist, cart, and saved preferences.
What may be retained
Certain order/transaction records may be kept for the period required by UAE law, then
deleted. They are not used to identify or contact you.
