Privacy Policy — YAS MART

YAS MART operates the YAS MART app and yasmart.yasapp.ae. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. By using the app you agree to it.

Information we collect

• Account: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed).
• Delivery: saved addresses and their map location.
• Location: approximate & precise device location, to check 20-minute delivery eligibility and show live order tracking. You may decline the permission; quick-delivery detection then becomes unavailable.
• Orders & activity: cart, order history, returns, reviews, payment method used (we do not store full card numbers — handled by the payment gateway).
• Device & notifications: push token (Firebase) and basic crash/analytics data for stability.

How we use it

• Create/manage your account and process, deliver, and track your orders.
• Send order and delivery notifications.
• Customer support, returns, and invoices.
• Improve stability and prevent fraud.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with delivery partners, payment providers, and services such as Google Firebase.

Security & retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We retain account and order data while your account is active or as required by law.

Your rights — including account deletion

You can edit your details in the app and delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete account, or via the account deletion page. Deletion removes your profile; some order records may be retained where required by law.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13.
