يشغّل تطبيق YAS MART («نحن») تطبيق الجوال وموقع yasmart.yasapp.ae. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه ولماذا وحقوقك — وباستخدامك التطبيق فأنت توافق عليها.

📋المعلومات التي نجمعها

• الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، وكلمة المرور (مخزَّنة مشفّرة).
• التوصيل: العناوين المحفوظة وموقعها على الخريطة.
• الموقع: التقريبي والدقيق، لفحص أهلية التوصيل خلال 20 دقيقة ولتتبّع الطلب مباشرة. رفض الإذن يعطّل ميزة التوصيل السريع فقط.
• الطلبات والنشاط: السلة، سجل الطلبات، المرتجعات، التقييمات، وطريقة الدفع (لا نخزّن أرقام البطاقات كاملة).
• الجهاز والإشعارات: رمز الإشعارات (Firebase) وبيانات أعطال أساسية لاستقرار التطبيق.

⚙️كيف نستخدمها

• إنشاء حسابك وإدارته، ومعالجة طلباتك وتوصيلها وتتبّعها.
• إشعارات الطلب والتوصيل، ودعم العملاء والمرتجعات والفواتير.
• تحسين الاستقرار ومنع الاحتيال.

🤝المشاركة

لا نبيع بياناتك. نشارك القدر اللازم فقط مع شركاء التوصيل، ومزوّدي الدفع، وخدمات مثل Google Firebase (إشعارات/تحليلات).

🔒الأمان والاحتفاظ

تُنقَل البيانات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS)، ونحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والطلبات ما دام حسابك نشطاً أو حسبما يقتضي القانون.

🗑️حقوقك — بما فيها حذف الحساب

يمكنك تعديل بياناتك داخل التطبيق، وحذف حسابك في أي وقت من الملف الشخصي ← حذف الحساب، أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب. يزيل الحذف ملفك الشخصي، وقد تُحفَظ بعض سجلات الطلبات حسبما يقتضي القانون (كالضرائب والمحاسبة).

🧒الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجَّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً. وقد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ويتغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» تبعاً لذلك.

YAS MART ("we") operates the YAS MART app and yasmart.yasapp.ae. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. By using the app you agree to it.

📋Information we collect

• Account: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed).
• Delivery: saved addresses and their map location.
• Location: approximate & precise, to check 20-minute delivery eligibility and live order tracking. Declining only disables quick delivery.
• Orders & activity: cart, order history, returns, reviews, payment method (we never store full card numbers).
• Device & notifications: push token (Firebase) and basic crash data.

⚙️How we use it

• Create and manage your account; process, deliver and track your orders.
• Order/delivery notifications, customer support, returns and invoices.
• Stability improvements and fraud prevention.

🤝Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with delivery partners, payment providers, and services such as Google Firebase.

🔒Security & retention

Data travels over HTTPS. We retain account and order data while your account is active or as required by law.

🗑️Your rights — including account deletion

Edit your details in the app, and delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete account, or via the account deletion page. Deletion removes your profile; some order records may be retained where required by law.

🧒Children

The app is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy; the "last updated" date changes accordingly.
