These terms govern your use of the YAS MART app and yasmart.yasapp.ae (the "Service"), operated by YAS MART — Abu Dhabi, UAE. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; updates apply from their publication date.
👤Account & registration
- You may register with your phone number or email. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must be 18 or older to place orders.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or show suspected abuse.
- You can delete your account anytime from your profile or via the account deletion page.
🛒Orders & pricing
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams and include VAT (5%).
- Order confirmation is subject to availability; if an item runs out we will contact you to substitute or refund.
- Images are illustrative; actual packaging may vary slightly.
- We may cancel any order in case of an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud, refunding any amount paid.
🚚Delivery
- Delivery fees and times are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.
- "Yas Quick" (20-minute delivery) is available for eligible products within coverage areas only.
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct; failed delivery due to wrong details may incur a re-delivery fee.
- Store pickup is free.
💳Payment
- Available payment methods are shown at checkout (including cash on delivery).
- A small service fee may apply and is shown clearly in the payment summary before confirmation.
- We never store full card numbers; payments are processed by certified providers.
↩️Returns & refunds
- You can request a return from the order details page after delivery, per the return policy in our Help Center.
- Fresh, chilled and perishable products may be excluded from returns unless defective or wrongly delivered.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method or to your in-app wallet.
🎟️Coupons, loyalty points & wallet
- Coupons carry specific conditions and validity, are not redeemable for cash, and may be withdrawn if abused.
- Loyalty points and wallet balance can only be used within the Service and are non-transferable.
⚖️Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to harm it or gain unauthorized access to its systems, or post false or abusive reviews. All trademarks and content in the Service belong to YAS MART or its licensors.
🛡️Liability & governing law
- We work to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Our liability for any order does not exceed the value of that order, unless the law provides otherwise.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction.
- Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy.
